I have been using my NT since 1991. Six to seven days per week (when I am home)for 50 minutes at 3 degrees incline. The ole NT machine provides the ultimate, at home cardio workout.

Does the use of the skier result in building muscles. Is there a video I can see related to proper use and training with the skier? Great aerobic workout and great for developing balance.

We've had our skier, just like the current model, for 17 years now. We replaced the arm pull cord once, but nothing else. Kind of amazing, could last a lifetime. Seems only swimming might give the same total body workout.

The Nordic Track classic Pro skier was responsible for rebuilding my ability to walk again,after over a 2.0 year period off of work. This was due to a past back issue with my degenerated lower discs.
