NordicTrack SpaceSaver® Elliptical

The NordicTrack SpaceSaver Elliptical is the first Elliptical to have StrideSelect™ Technology. You can adjust the Elliptical's stride length so you can work different muscle groups and achieve quick weight loss and more muscle definition. Select the longest stride to lift your bottom, backs of your legs plus tone your hips and work off that unwanted cellulite. Select the medium stride for an energizing cardio workout that works your core, hips and abs. Select the shortest stride to get a great calorie burn and to target your thighs.

Finished with your workout? You can fold your elliptical up and out of the way to save room space when not in use. The Elliptical pedals and base fold vertically to store in a three foot area (40" L x 27" W x 67" H). When your machine is in use it measures 64" L x 27" W x 67" H

10 Workout Programs

Eight Personal Trainer workouts adjust the resistance and pace of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight loss or performance goals. Two Heart Rate workouts help you stay in your target heart rate zone by automatically increasing or decreasing the resistance and pace when you need to raise or lower your heart rate.

CardioGrip™ Pulse Sensors

Now you can discover how easy it is to get one of the most effective and efficient workouts possible. With the CardioGrip™ technology, all you do is grip the handrail to monitor your heart rate. It's that simple. No attachments or wires to get in the way. The built-in CardioGrip™ grip pulse sensor is one of the easiest, most-convenient methods to monitor your heart rate. It's well known that heart-rate training makes your workout more effective. This is more popularly known as working out in your "target heart-rate zone." When you stay in this zone, you can get a more effective workout in less time. As a result, you can burn fat and speed weight loss, improve your cardiovascular health and promote athletic performance. Some NordicTrack treadmills also feature built-in "pulse-driven" programs. These programs actually respond to your heart rate while you work out, delivering another pulse training option.

CoolAire™ Fan

Introducing the exercise feature that's like a breath of fresh air. With one or two onboard CoolAire™ fans, keeping your cool is easier than ever. Feel the CoolAire. It's an idea that makes sense. Keeping comfortable during your workout is key. That's why NordicTrack provides features like a large, cushioned running surface. And now, your face and upper body can be as comfortable as your feet.
