Saves a lot of space that is needed.

When I was looking for a workout machine i wanted something that wasn't going to take up my whole house. Sturdy Enough for a Heavy Guy

Most In-home elliptical trainers are a joke for a guy who weighs in at 260 lbs; they wobble and jerk and make awful noises. This one is the closest I've found to working out at the gym.
