 More than I expected

By Than (South Carolina) on Feb 9, 2010
I just wanted a bench with a leg developer, But I found this bench more than that. With the backboard that declines as well as inclines I have all I need for a great chest workout. Nice and stable too. All I need to do now is find out if Gold's has a lat tower for this unit and it will be complete... (Read more)

XR7.9 Good but weight rest in way when doing reps. Prefer weight rest at top.

 A few changes needed!

By Geologyguy (Jackson MO) on Oct 28, 2011
Price vs quality is good. A good bigninners bench. A few changes are needed. The weight rack needs to be moved 4" further away from the head space. The bar bell interferes with sit ups with weights racked. The seat is too narrow when doing leg curls or preacher curls.
