love this little Devil

I must say folks i have been a runner for 28 years. i went in for back surgery 1.5 years ago im 45 now. i wanted to take the impact off my lower back so i bought one of thease little Devils. boy i must say what a work out. this machine kicked my butt in 10 minutes of working out. talk about one grea...
