Very disappointed in this 'fitness machine'

I was somewhat disappointed in this workout treadmill:
1. Not long lasting.
Once I got this workout treadmill at home, it worked nicely up to a year, then quit functioning.
2. Not worth the pricetag.
This fitness machine did not hold up well for it's cost. I felt 'ripped off.'

short sighted thinking

Guess I should have read more about the 480 before buying. It is a well made product but I have mine in a small room with only lamp lighting and the display is nearly invisable. A back light in the display module would have made this an outstanding unit but saddly it is just middle of the road.

I have only had mine for a week, but so far I love it. The only problem I'm having with it is the pulse rate moniter,but, I'm looking into it.

I had been looking for dependable reasonable priced treadmill for my wife. I purchased the Gold's Gym Trainer 80 because of the "Gold's Gym" name.
