15 Workout Programs: Ten Personal Trainer workouts automatically adjust the pace and resistance of the elliptical during your workout to focus on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals. 2 Heart Rate workouts help you stay in your target workout zone by automatically increasing the pace and resistance when you need to raise your heart rate and lowering the speed when you need to lower your heart rate.
CardioGrip™ Heart Rate Monitor: Exercise with this innovative, wireless heart rate monitor that tracks your heart rate to help keep you in your target heart rate zone for maximum workout results. It also features two hand-grip sensors that are conveniently built into the handlebars.
