Was having problems with my knees when I ran. I bought this treadmill along with some quality running shoes and the pain went away. Up to 12 miles once a week with no knee pain. The springs on the deck help the absorb the shock wave up the leg. Ive had this treadmill for 2 years and Its still runnin... (Read more)
